Small business owners or people working from home don’t usually have the help or support of an IT department. However, an IT failure or outage can have even greater impact for a sole trader or home worker as they don’t always have others to cover their work during an outage.

We have developed a support package to cater for those needs. We can provide remote assistance, prioritised on site repairs, cloud based secure backups for your data and advice about general IT issues.

Our packages start from £45 a month and include remote control assistance, on-site support, IT advice / help with choosing new equipment and discounts on our hourly rate for work outside the bundled hours.
