This IT service is subject to regular performance reporting and meetings during which we can discuss changes to your package as often as you wish.

IT Helpdesk – We can provide an IT call logging and ticket management portal customised to your company branding if required. Calls can be logged by email or web browser and response times and SLA will be defined as part of the IT support package.

Emergency IT repairs – PC repairs, Data recovery, Hardware or software re-builds and virus cleaning. We also have a selection of tools and facilities available to us to enable the recovery of data and information from failed hardware.

IT Equipment supply – From a single computer to multiple PC and server hardware, we can source, build and install PC hardware and software to your individual requirements. In conjunction with our Business Support Services we can offer complete purchasing processes, including operating tendering and contracts selection processes on your behalf.

Cloud backup services – We provide bespoke, secure, reliable cloud based backup services. More reliable than having backup hardware on your own site. Our cloud based backups can keep your data safe and secure at all times.
