Terms and Conditions

When you refer a potential customer to Mill Services and the customer purchases an IT support package from us you will receive a reward.

Your reward will be a £50 gift voucher, you will receive a reward for each eligible referral.

The referral scheme (the “scheme”) is a long-term referral reward that enables anybody to earn rewards by recommending our products and services to other businesses. To participate, you must agree to these terms and conditions (the “T&C”) and our privacy policy.

1. Definitions

1.1. “services” means any Mill Services monthly support package.

1.2. “referrer” means anybody recommending us and our services to a “referred user”.

1.3. “referred user” means any potential user of the products and services, who is neither a current nor pending customer of Mill Services Ltd;

1.4. “eligible referral” means a purchase of services from Mill Services Ltd by a referred user started within 6 months of the date of referral, with the first invoice paid within 30 days of the date of invoice.

1.5. “reward” means (i) an Amazon eGift Card purchased for the Amazon website in the country in which the referrer is located, or (ii) a love2shop voucher (only available in the UK), e.g. if you are located in the UK, your Amazon eGift Card would be a gift card for www.amazon.co.uk.

2. Overview of the scheme

2.1. For each eligible referral, the referrer who referred the eligible referral will be awarded a Reward in the form and amount described above.

2.2. By taking part in the scheme, you agree to:

2.2.1. Comply with all applicable commercial and public anti-bribery laws;

2.2.2. Give referrals about businesses that you know; and

2.2.3. Not engage in any activity that may be considered fraudulent, invasive, or spamming.

3. Multiple Referrals

3.1. An eligible referral may only apply one referral link. If an eligible referral references referral links from multiple referrers, only the first referrer of the referral link used to commence the eligible referral will receive a reward.

4. Referral reward system

4.1. For each eligible referral, Mill Services will purchase a reward for the corresponding referrer. No reward will be given in relation to any referrals that are not eligible referrals.

4.2. The value of the reward will be £50.

4.3. A reward will be given for each eligible referral you make as a referrer. Only one reward will be paid per eligible referral.

4.4. If you earn a reward, you must confirm your personal details with Mill Services within 30 days from the date Mill Services notifies you of an eligible referral; otherwise, you will forfeit the reward.

5. Taxes and fees

5.1. If you receive a reward under the scheme, you are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees resulting from it.

6. Release of liability

6.1. By participating in the scheme, you release Mill Services Ltd and its agents from all liability, including, without limitation, all liability with respect to any and all rewards.

7. Severability

7.1. If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void, or unenforceable) will be removed and will not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

8. Termination and change

8.1. Mill Services Ltd may suspend or terminate the scheme or a referrers ability to participate in the scheme at any time for any reason.

8.2. Mill Services Ltd reserves the right to suspend accounts or deny any rewards if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as we deem fair and appropriate.

9. Updates to these T&C

9.1. Mill Services Ltd can update these T&C at any time without prior notice. If Mill Services Ltd modifies these T&C, we will post the modification on the Mill Services Ltd website, and such modification is effective upon posting. Continued participation in the scheme after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
